We’ve had a lot of parents reach out when Panda Mandarin might come to Markham, so we’re pleased to share that we are bringing our Mandarin classes to 105 Gibson Centre at Warden & Steeles starting Sundays this September 2023! 105 Gibson Centre is conveniently located for families coming from north of Steeles and from North York/Scarborough. The centre has great amenities and facilities that make it a great location for hosting our classes, and for parents to who want to wait or run errands (the T&T Supermarket is nearby!).
If you don’t know about our programs, Panda Mandarin uses a lot of engaging activities to build up our students' Mandarin skills in a fun and practical way. Through a combination of our in-house curriculum and well regarded series such as YCT and 马立平中文, we have programs for kids of all ages and skills. Our small class sizes (10 or fewer students) also ensure your child has individualized attention, care and practice opportunities.

What Programs Will be Available?
Our Fall classes in Markham will run on Sundays starting September 10 and run until December 17 (no classes on long weekends). To help you decide which classes to enrol in, you can check out our programs below, or our on our Schedule page.
For beginners/novices whose families do not speak Mandarin at home:
Mandarin Explorers Under 4 (w/ caregiver)
Sundays, 9:00-9:45am - $350+HST --> $262.50+HST until August 31st
Sundays, 12:15-1:00pm - $350+HST --> $262.50+HST until August 31st
Mandarin Explorers 4-5 Years Old
Sundays, 10:00-10:45am - $350+HST --> $262.50+HST until August 31st
Sundays, 1:15-2:00pm - $350+HST --> $262.50+HST until August 31st
Mandarin Voyagers 6+ Years Old
Sundays, 12:15-1:15pm - $395+HST --> $296.25+HST until August 31st
Sundays, 1:30-2:30pm - $395+HST --> $296.25+HST until August 31st
Note: a textbook charge of $45 will apply for first-time students in the Mandarin Voyagers program. This will be for the YCT textbook, activity book, and workbook for your child’s level.
For intermediate/advanced speakers whose families speak Mandarin at home:

11:00-11:45am - $350+HST --> $262.50+HST until August 31st
Mandarin Explorers 4-5 Years Old Advanced
10:45-11:45am - $395+HST --> $296.25+HST until August 31st
